THE ROLE
- Provide onsite repair, service, and maintenance for our customers' laundry equipment.
- Conduct installations of commercial and industrial laundry equipment.
- Execute scheduled Preventative Maintenance tasks.
- Identify and troubleshoot faults.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Advocate for company products and services with a comprehensive strategy.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE NEEDED
- Licenced to disconnect or connect electrical equipment OR Restricted (hard wiring) or Open electrical licence.
- Field service experience working on appliances or similar products fixing/ repairing.
- Capacity to work independently and collaboratively in field and team settings.
- Committed to upholding and advocating for safe work practices.
- Strong dedication to meeting customer needs.
- Must be required to travel with a current Australian driver's licence.
- Full Australian working rights.
SALARY AND BENEFITS
- $80K - 90K base salary.
- 15% superannuation.
