Position: Operations Manager at Mega Watt Electrical Service
Full time, Salary base starting at $120k - $140k p.a. + Super, Incentive, RDO, Car, Petrol card & Phone.

What You'll Do:
• Develop and implement operational strategies to streamline processes and increase productivity.
• Lead a team of dedicated professionals, providing guidance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
• Optimise management, ensuring timely completion of jobs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track operational success and make data-driven decisions.
What We're Looking For:
• Proven experience in operations management, with a track record of driving results.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and a strategic mindset.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Operations Management, or related field experience (or equivalent experience).
• Electrical licence preferred.
