Our client is seeking a Plant Engineer keen to demonstrate their ability to perform in a key role, supporting the business with the operational requirements. The individual would be energetic, professional, confident and reliable.

Working with the mechanical department with the day to day operations within the electrical engineering office and the factory. This is a role where there is a focus on developing the individual, so they have the skillsets and experience to be utilised in multiple engineering and operational functions that best suits the business with scope for advancement.
The position will be based at Kwinana.
Salary : $120k - $130k + Superannuation
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- 5+ years relevant experience in electrical engineering
- Tertiary qualified in Electrical Mechanical Engineering or Similar.
- Excellent electrical skills and experience
- Have excellent knowledge of design for manufacturing and manufacturing processes.
- Sets high standards for personal performance.
- Ability to multitask and manage time.
- Able to perform engineering calculations and material selections.
- Planning and people skills.
- An appetite to jump in a get your hands dirty
- The ability to see projects through from conception to completion
- Coordination & distribution of work orders
- Document and implement SOP's.
- Ability to resolve operation issues
- Ability to liaise with different departments and Manager's
- Participate in company reviews
- Assist management with all administrational requirements
- Understanding of Process mapping
- Ability to assist with purchasing and inventory control administration
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Proficient in the use of spreadsheets and word processing programs
- Excellent communication skills
