Your opportunity to join our team
As the Electrical Programmer you will be working in a highly automated production environment your fault-finding skills complemented by your PLC experience will enable you to ensure our machinery achieves the highest levels of performance. You will be responsible for the design, integration, programming, and commissioning of control systems as we update and develop for the future.
Your ability to build positive relationships founded on trust will assist you in providing expert advice to the wider team and automation project requirements.

Daily Tasks:
- Apply engineering concepts, practices, and theories to design technical solutions
- Understand and develop results that meet the plant’s needs
- Deliver technical solutions that meet the scope of the project
- Support the strategic development of the business
- Identify and escalate hazards, and risks.
- Participate in safety initiatives, follow the safety rules, speak up, and be mindful of risks.
- Being an active, committed, and reliable team member.
- Ownership and management of OT control systems on site.
You will bring to this role:
- High level analytical & problem solving skills;
- Demonstrated PLC, SCADA, and HMI programming skills (Citec, Allen Bradley, Ignition);
- Experience in machine commissioning;
- Ability to understand, correctly interpret and follow instructions, procedures, and information.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Good command of English both verbal and written.
- Able to respond calmly and methodically when faced with obstacles.
- Automated packaging machinery for high-volume FMCG;
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills.
