Programmer/Electrical Supervisor

Veolia ANZ are currently seeking an experienced Programmer/Electrical Supervisor to join our team at Adelaide Resource Co. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising and maintaining the day-to-day electrical maintenance of our alternative fuels plant, ensuring the efficient operation of the facility in accordance with our standards and operating procedures.

• Ensuring the safety of the site, including compliance with all EQS procedures and standards.
• Ensuring the facility operates within all electrical regulations and laws.
• Supervising the daily electrical maintenance at the site to ensure smooth running of the facility.
• Driving a cultural change of continuous improvement and accountability regarding site housekeeping.
• Managing, supervising, and overseeing contractors who provide support to the facility.

• A Class electrical licenses and a current Valid Driver's License Class C
• First Aid Certificate
• Previous experience in a electrical supervisory role
• Ability to delegate, prioritise work, and work to a timeline
• Demonstrated leadership experience
