Whilst collaborating with the Business Development team & reporting to the National Operations Manager, you will operate as the lead point of contact for all matters specific to your customers across the service and project delivery space.
Not only will you find support from other members of management, but your direct team will be there to support you with project coordination & administration responsibilities while you focus on
- Cultivating strong relationships and genuine rapport with key customer stakeholders & sponsors.
- Implementing quality assurance systems to assess and improve client satisfaction.
- Monitoring service and project delivery performance to ensure timely and successful outcomes & providing internal feedback to drive improvement.
- Estimating (occasional) whilst ensuring projects are kept in a positive cash flow position.
- Selecting suitably trained and qualified personnel to perform inspection & testing activities.
- Developing new business opportunities through sourcing prospective customers, coordinating sales meetings for the business development team and pursuing repeat business opportunities with existing clients.
- Reviewing incoming tenders and providing input in collaboration with the team.
- Organising appropriate contracts and bank guarantees with the financial controller.

Key Requirements
- Valid Australian Working Rights
- Australian Electrical License
- 2 years Project Management experience in the Electrical sector

With salary negotiations being encouraged dependent upon your track record, on offer is $130K - $150k + Company Vehicle + Super.
