You: Humphreys Electricalare looking to appoint a HANDS-ON Service Manager to co-ordinate the full range of office and site-based functions required to ensure exceptional service delivery to the residential and commercial clients. You must be efficient in managing multiple tasks and a good communicator to both the Electricians as well as external customers and suppliers.
You will provide quotes & estimates, schedule the jobs, organise materials, ensure compliance and conformity across legislative requirements, safety & quality as well as follow-up, invoicing and processing of payments……as well as other general day-to-day requirements in the office.
you will need to be a strategic thinker who can lead, and inspire others,
thrive on building relationships and winning new business,and have proven experience running a department or electrical business You will require technical knowledge of the electrical and building service industry combined with strong leadership experience and attention to detail with a focus on
- Stakeholder relationships
- WHS and compliance and ensuring best practice is maintained
- Driving profitability and building new business opportunity’s
- High level of organisational and planning skills, as well as excellent attention to detail
- Proven leadership and communication capabilities
- Competent in providing training
- Strong industry knowledge and connections
- Experience with SimPRO (Highly regarded)
- Experience in a similar role (Highly regarded)
