Banlaw is a leader in the design and manufacture of industrial fluid transfer products that are used in the mining and rail industries. Due to growth we are looking for someone to join the team and be our representative in the Mackay and Bowen Basin region.
As one of the Electrical Service Technicians you are responsible for carrying out necessary works at client sites in line with the project and service deliverables.

The role
- Project installation on customer sites
- Field maintenance and repair of Banlaw systems
- Commissioning and support for all installations
- Service agreement checks and site audits
- Obtain and record all documentation for approvals and variations to work
- Follow all standard processes and keep track of progress for a seamless handover for the next technician
- Take all necessary actions to promote a safety culture, identifying and reporting on safety risks and incidents and acting upon initiatives.
About you
- Certificate of proficiency in the following trades:
- Electrotechnology
- Electrical Fitting
- Current QLD Electrical Licence
- Previous experience working autonomously with little direction
- Current LVR, First Aid & CPR
- Onsite/Field Experience
- Project Installation
- Service/Maintenance Experience
- Proficient in Microsoft and Using software programs
Desirable
- Current Forklift Licence
- QLD CBM
- Standard 11
