- Invoice reconciliation
- Payroll
- Phone and email monitoring
- Client information research
- Assisting management with daily tasks
- Managing social media accounts
- Managing client reviews
- Job scheduling and parts ordering
- Quote assistance
- Price checking
- Data entry

The Ideal Candidate:
- Familiar with Servicem8 and MYOB systems
- Ability to work independently
- Strong knowledge of the service-based industry, preferably with electrical background
- Confidence in sharing ideas and knowledge to improve company procedures
- Excellent customer service experience
- Data entry and reconciliation experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products
- Understands social media/websites and how to maintain online presence
