SalaryWe have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Electrical Site Supervisor to join our client's team, the first project you will be a part of is a large power and lighting project situated at Brisbane Airport. On offer is a permanent full time opportunity with ongoing development and training opportunities for the right person.

As the Site Supervisor you will be responsible for leading a team and managing the day to day running of the job. This role requires you to have strong leadership skills, ability to manage trades and sub-contractors and have strong technical proficiency in electrical systems. Building strong client relationships and effective verbal and written communication skills are essential for success in this role.
Job requirements
- Ideally 5+ Years experience in a Supervisor position
- Strong leadership qualities to guide and motivate your team effectively
- Strong organisation skills
- Strong electrical experience in commercial or industrial projects
- Candidate with power and lighting experience would be highly favoured
- Substation and HV experience is favourable
- Able to read drawings and electrical schematics
- Sound procurement and logistics capabilities
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
