Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and skilled Electrician, ideally with 2 years of experience post-apprenticeship, looking to advance their career into a Foreman/Site Supervisor role. The successful candidate will join our team to oversee and manage commercial electrical projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on time, and within budget.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of electricians on commercial electrical projects.
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to ensure project requirements are met.
- Interpret electrical drawings and specifications to guide installations.
- Ensure compliance with electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Conduct quality control checks to maintain high standards of workmanship.
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide solutions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a qualified Electrician.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and specifications.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
