As an Electrical Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:

• Coordinating and planning works to schedule, ensuring precise verification of set out.
• Managing and coordinating various disciplines and trades involved in construction activities at the site.
• Inspecting materials, equipment, and services supplied by EPC for construction activities.
• Daily management of subcontractors and suppliers, emphasizing quality, work methods, safety, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborating with the Project Manager to monitor and report on the construction schedule.
• Attending meetings with subcontractors and providing progress reports.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar electrical construction supervisory role.
• Demonstrated expertise in programming and scheduling construction work.
• Experience in estimating electrical construction work (desirable).
• Proficient understanding of survey and set out practices.
• Hands-on experience with the installation of LV and HV equipment.
• Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
• A Grade WA Electrical License.
