About the Role
Our client is major mining producer with an opportunity for an Electrical (Rail) Supervisor for rail electrical works at their Port Hedland site.
Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing the Electrical construction & installation of Rail construction & technology projects – notably, P25 Radio and LTE upgrades
- OH&S inspections
- Daily interactions with the crew members to ensure all safety compliance in the workplace
- Liaison with Engineers and Project Management to resolve contractual scope gap issues between contractors to ensure continuity of installation works
- Daily progress reporting
- Reviewing and signing off all documentation to allow construction activities to commence
- Ensure that quality and workmanship is maintained and not compromised by any milestone deadlines.

What Skill Set Do I Require?
- Hold a WA Electrical Trade Certificate
- WA Electrical License
- Current WA C-Class driver’s licence
- S44 and or S26 Supervisors Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years’ work experience in a similar role, preferably in the resource sector
- The ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams and P&ID’s
- Demonstrated leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and influencing skills to effectively convey daily priorities and action plans
