Energised Talent Solutions is currently working with a leading national solutions provider across the renewable energy sector. With a strong reputation and long standing history in the marketplace, they are well positioned across the residential, commercial and industrial sectors of both solar and BESS projects.
Due to continued growth, they are now looking for an Electrical supervisor to join their team in Sydney, with HQ based in the inner west/Western suburbs of Sydney, on a full-time permanent basis.
As the successful applicant, it is expected that you will be experienced and licensed in the installation and maintenance of both solar and Battery systems for residential or commercial/industrial projects. You will be involved in the following:
- Conduct thorough site inspections to assess electrical systems, roof conditions, and other factors relevant to solar PV and battery installation projects.
- Conduct site inspections to assess suitability for solar PV installations and capture relevant data for the design team.
- Install and integrate battery storage systems with solar PV installations, ensuring seamless operation and compatibility with existing electrical infrastructure.
- Attend sites for scheduled preventative maintenance activities, including electrical system inspections, equipment testing, and component replacements.
- Prioritize safety at all times during site visits and maintenance works, adhering to relevant safety protocols, regulations, and industry standards.
It is expected you will have the following:
• Valid electrical license and certification as an Electrical Supervisor.
• CEC/SAA Accreditation in Solar PV, BESS installation and maintenance.
• Experience in battery storage system installation and maintenance is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in electrical installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to capture accurate data during site inspections.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally
with clients and team members.
• Knowledge of electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards especially ISO quality and safety standard.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
