Electrical Supervisors Commissioning

Job Description:
As an Electrical Supervisor specializing in commissioning, you will be a key player in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of electrical systems. Your primary focus will be on commissioning new installations, upgrades, or repairs. You’ll collaborate with a team of electricians, providing guidance and technical expertise throughout the commissioning process.

Position Summary:

• Commissioning Oversight: Plan, schedule, and coordinate electrical projects during commissioning phases.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and direct a team of electricians, ensuring efficient and effective work execution.
• Safety Compliance: Review construction drawings and specifications to maintain compliance with codes and standards.
• System Testing: Conduct electrical testing to verify system functionality and safety.
• Problem-Solving: Diagnose issues and troubleshoot electrical systems.
• Documentation: Create programs and schedules to track compliance with Life Safety codes and Joint Commission standards.

Qualification, Experience and Key skills:
  

• Cert III In Electrotechnology
• Electrical License
• Experience: Proven work experience as an electrical supervisor, with a focus on commissioning.
• Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and managerial abilities.
• Technical Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of electrical systems and components.
• Ability to read and interpret wiring diagrams.
• Familiarity with safety precautions related to electrical work.
• Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-Oriented: A keen eye for detail.
• License: Current open electrical license or restricted electrical license preferred.
