What You Have and Will Do:- Technical Expertise: Apply your technical and practical skills in routine, outage, and breakdown maintenance.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve plant or equipment issues.
- Safety-first: Uphold safety standards, minimise hazards and adhere to environmental management protocols.
- Teamwork: Actively contribute to knowledge and skill development within the team, particularly apprentices.
- Reporting: Report all safety or environmental incidents, contributing to continuous improvement and risk reduction.
- Trade Certificate: Hold a relevant trade certificate.
- Experience: Demonstrate suitable experience in a similar industry.
- Safety Focus: Proven safety record with a positive approach to workplace safety.
- Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently.
- Training Skills: Capability to train and coach apprentices or newly appointed tradespersons.
