We are seeking an electrician to join our team in Sydney. You will be responsible for the installation, repair, and maintenance of a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment for our clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Perform routine maintenance, diagnose, and repair a wide range of commercial kitchen equipment, including ovens, grills, fryers, refrigeration units, dishwashers, and more.
• Conduct thorough inspections to identify equipment malfunctions, faulty components, and potential issues.
• Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve technical problems in a timely manner to minimise downtime and optimise functionality.
• Collaborate with clients and provide exceptional customer service, addressing their concerns and offering recommendations for equipment upgrades or replacements.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, repairs, and parts used, ensuring proper documentation and reporting.
• Stay updated with industry advancements and new technologies to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as an electrician, with a preference for experience in commercial kitchen equipment or similar fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues effectively.
• Proficiency in reading technical manuals, schematics, and diagrams.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and on-call shifts, as required.
