Form of workISS IS A PLACE TO BE YOU The Opportunity: An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced trade qualified Electrician to join our Resources Maintenance Team on a full-time 8 days on, 6 days off roster. Available as either Drive-In-Drive-Out from Broome or Derby, or Fly-In-Fly-Out from Perth, this presents a great opportunity for a Lifestyle Change in the magnificent West Kimberley.
The successful candidate should be ambitious, enjoy a challenge and have a strong electrical trade background including experience with the operation of facilities maintenance services for infrastructure at remote mine site locations. Salary: $120,000 superannuation Allowances Roster: 8 days on, 6 days off. What we are looking for: Current electrical trade qualification for the Western Australia working environment.
Current WA Unrestricted Electrical Licence Current C Class Driver's Licence Previous experience providing maintenance services in a remote mining village environment is desirable. Previous experience working with catering equipment, white goods and minor refrigeration maintenance repairs will be highly regarded. Previous experience inspecting and maintaining constant run power generators will be highly regarded.
Ability to work independently. Sound documentation and computer skills, experience using works management systems via mobile devices. Forklift operator’s licence (desirable).
Able to work a flexible DIDO roster from Broome or Derby or FIFO roster from Perth Airport. Police Clearance or willing to obtain one and medically fit to pass Pre-employment medical. COVID 19 Vaccination Certificate outlining Full vaccination is required.
