Hahn Electrical Contracting are seeking Electricians to join our team based in our Perth workshop as well as FIFO to various sites for project work and site relief. These are permanent roles.

The position:
In this position you will be exposed to a great variety of work including:
- Workshop based activities working on mining equipment including starter panels, substations, jumbos and a variety of other mining equipment and industrial installation works based in our Perth workshop.
- Project work on mine sites on a FIFO or DIDO basis installing HV and LV cabling, switchgear, substations and associated electrical infrastructure.
- Site shift relief on a FIFO basis where you will be responsible for installation and preventative maintenance of all underground electrical infrastructures including switchboards, HV and LV supply cables, jumbo maintenance, jumbo trailing cables, ventilation systems, flygt pumps and underground lighting systems. Rosters may vary.
To be suitable for this position you require the following:
- A current WA Electrical Workers License
- Current Drivers Licence
- Current Senior First Aid/LVR CPR
- Current Police Clearance
- Working at heights
- Underground mining experience is desirable
- HV switching ticket is desirable
- Elevated work platform, and confined spaces will be looked upon favourably
You will be required to pass a comprehensive pre-employment medical including a drug and alcohol screen.
