AddressPilecom are looking for Electricians with proven solar and Module Install experience to join our team at Aldoga Solar Farm
About the Role:
- Confirm the correct installation of grounding fastener
- Indelibly mark grounding fastener
- Install and secure solar panels to frames or structures using a variety of hand and power tools, ensuring panels are correctly oriented.
- Nextracker Module Install
- Follow all workplace safety guidelines and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) to prevent injuries.
- Ensuring work areas are kept clean and tidy
- Working outdoors on foot for long periods of time
- Reporting quality deficiencies to supervision
- Training other trade assistants on specific tasks as required
- Recording installation data and numbers as required
- Communicating with leading hands and supervision as required
- Flexibility with regard to changing to other tasks as required
- Using battery power tools
- Reading and understanding Safe Work Method Statements, Job Hazard Analysis or other
- Manual handling
- Work in team of 5
Requirements:
- Valid QLD electrical license
- Construction Induction Safety Card (White Card)
- Have Solar Farm experience
- Rights to work in Australia
- Drivers license preferred
- Able to work in adverse conditions, long hours
- Previous Module Install experience preferred
An achievable install target will be set on site, where at target completion employees go home with full pay for the day of work.
