Electrician Tradesperson

Our client, a family owned and operated business operating in the Toowoomba region is currently seeking a qualified, experienced Electrician to join their growing team. This is an opportunity for an experienced tradesperson to join a rapidly growing team that values growth and development.
With specialisation across solar power, air-conditioning and general electrical services, our client is seeking an experienced electrician who is an adaptable, independent worker, able to quote and liaise with customers.
This position is based in Toowoomba servicing clients in both Southeast and Western Queensland.

In your new role, you will execute the following duties in commercial, residential, and agricultural contexts:

• Installation of lighting, air-conditioning units, and other electrical systems.
• Solar installations.
• Troubleshooting and repairs.
• Preventative maintenance and inspections.
• Liaise with customers in both commercial and domestic environments.
• Assist with training junior staff and apprentices.
• Job quoting and site inspections.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Trade Qualification
• Extensive experience in the Electrical industry and a proven track record of independent work.
• Construction White Card.
• Strong customer service experience.
• MR Licence - desirable but not essential.
• Clean Energy Council Solar Accreditation – desirable but not essential.
• Off-grid solar experience- desirable but not essential.
• Experience with split system air conditioning – desirable but not essential.
