About the Client:
Our client has provided top tier Water and wastewater to all sectors of the Western Australian market since 1971. Based in Kelmscott, they have an extensive service offering and are known for offering the highest level of expertise and quality to their clients.
Due to sustained growth, they are looking to build an in-house electrical team to reduce the use of external contractors. The role will be largely based in the Kelmscott workshop, however regular site work will provide some variation in the schedule – site work uplift to $72.50 ph.
The successful applicant will be experienced and have extensive electrical knowledge allowing them to collaborate with engineering teams to execute customised projects for clients. This is a great opportunity for a motivated individual with leadership aspirations / qualities to grow the inhouse electrical aspect of the business.
Scope of Role:
- Installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems, wiring, and equipment
- All work to be compliant with WA electrical codes and regulations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical issues across a variety of products and environments
- Work with internal engineering teams to plan and execute electrical aspects of projects
- Test electrical systems to ensure functionality
- Read and interpret schematical drawings
