Consonic is looking for an experienced Electronic Instrument Trades Worker to join its Sydney based team.About the Role
The right candidate will be responsible for the following duties and tasks:

• Test equipment using mechanical and sensing equipment for electrical and electronic testing.
• Provide technical support and training for Customers and other staff.
• Examine faults with equipment, machines and control systems and run diagnostics.
• Repair electrical systems, wirings, circuits, and other components.
• Interpreter drawings, manuals, and instruction to perform maintenance and installations.
• Reassemble, test, and adjust electrical and mechanical parts and components.
• Use electrical and mechanical knowledge to test, diagnose and repair issues and faults.
• Responsible to identify nature of equipment malfunction.

In addition, the applicant should be capable of Communicating clearly and effectively, work harmoniously with other employees with due regard to their rights, and Company requirements.
Improve processes and reduce costs using a philosophy of continuous improvement.
Develop an understanding of the business model, customer experience and contribute to the overall performance of Consonic, supporting the team and peers to deliver.About you:

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
• Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems, including accurate interpretations of schematics.
• Ability to work with little or no supervision.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Note: This position requires the minimum of a relevant Certificate III level qualification with at least 3 years on the job training or Certificate IV or equivalent. Significant industry experience will be considered in the absence of the above qualification.Skills & Attributes

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent.
Salary: $105,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year depending on experience
