The role:
You will coordinate, oversee and drive our technology installations on construction and upgrade projects.
The successful candidates will join our projects team as well as undertake servicing of existing facilities in NSW.

As part of the team you will:
- Liaise with clients on project installations
- Provide preventative and corrective hardware maintenance
- Perform fault finding and repairs as required
- Take responsibility for service outcomes which will result in high customer satisfaction
- Contribute to the monthly on-call roster
Apply for this position if you have:
- Technical experience with Electronic Security and CCTV systems
- Open Registered Cabler Licence
- Ability to learn new systems and understand electronics troubleshooting
- Good skills for communicating with colleagues and customers at all levels
- Attention to detail and pride in work output and performance
- Experience in the security industry as a service technician
- Ability to diagnose fault-finding autonomously
- Organisation, motivation and integrity
Other helpful skills:
- Experience with Inner Range access control systems
- Experience with IP Video and Intercom systems
- Experience with nurse call systems
