Your Role:
As an Electronic Security Technician, you will play a pivotal role in our team, focusing on:
- Installing cutting-edge security intrusion detection, access control, and CCTV systems in a variety of commercial, retail, and industrial settings.
- Servicing and maintaining systems for our expanding client base.
- Identifying potential improvements and recommending security solutions to enhance our customers' security posture.
Requirements:
To thrive in this role, you should:
- Demonstrate superior customer service skills.
- Have extensive experience with security installations and service work.
- Be comfortable working from plans and attending site meetings.
- Hold an ACMA Open Cablers Registration and a NSW Security License.
- Possess an Australian driver's licence, OH&S White Card, Elevating Work Platform (EWP) License, and Working with Children's Check (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Have experience with Integriti, Inception & Tecom (preferred, but not essential, as training is available).
- Possess essential experience in IP CCTV and networking.
- Be a strong communicator and relationship builder.
- Be highly organised with a proactive approach.
- Have the passion to work within a team, driving the business forward and contributing to the company's vision.
- Be energetic and have a fun-loving nature.
