We are currently looking for a security cleared (NV1 or higher) Electronic Warfare Engineers to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in these roles which are essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.
This role will see you take on a range of tasks including managing development of and changes to Electronic Warfare systems and technologies to support our defence and security projects. You will also take control of change processes from requirements definition through to acceptance.

What will I be doing?
- Design and test EW systems to ensure they meet military requirements and standards.
- Analyse test results to create strategies for further development
- Lead and advise on change processes from requirements definition to acceptance
- Perform configuration management activities
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate EW systems into larger defence systems.
- Stay updated with the latest EW technologies and trends to enhance defence capabilities.
- Provide technical expertise
What sort of skills do I need?
- Experience within a Defence Aerospace environment
- Bachelors degree in Engineering
- Experience with Electronic Warfare
- Experience with working in a CASG environment (desirable)
- Strong communication skills
- Process orientated with good attention to detail
- Hold a minimum NV1 security clearance (must be an Australian citizen)
