We have a new opportunity in our Hardware Team to lead and develop an enthusiastic group of Hardware Technicians and deliver exceptional service to our customers. The Hardware Team Lead supports the team’s performance and ensures that our processes are continuously improved, root cause analysis is performed and planning is undertaken to drive and improve processes, outcomes and performance.
Things that matter to us
We are looking for a Hardware Team Lead with:
- Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience in successfully leading technical teams
- Demonstrated ability to manage demands of schedules
- Customer Facing experience with well-developed communication skills
- Demonstrated history of achieving KPIs
- Prior experience in soldering to a level of IPC-J-STD-001 is essential
- Knowledge of Altium, X-ray machine, BGA reflow station is desirable
- Knowledge of IPC-A-610 is desirable.
