About the Role
- Maintain and develop own continuous learning including:
- Set own self-directed learning objectives prior to term and review and monitor progress to objectives throughout the term.
- Regularly attend relevant meetings and training sessions.
- Identify deficiencies in own knowledge and seek assistance or information through accessing appropriate resources.
- Present to team members (e.g. case histories) to develop the skills of the team.
- Ensure assessment is completed by relevant supervisor and present to the Director of SHO Programme in a timely manner.
