Job Title:Emergency Physician - FACEM

Position Type: Permanent FACEM position (or senior registrar near completion of training)

Remuneration: FACEM Remuneration: $370K - $470K+ *

The Position

• Provide consultant-level medical care to emergency department patients.
• Participate in shift working roster, including weekends and nights (pro rata).
• Consideration given to FACRRM and FRACGP applicants with relevant experience and training, requiring access to Medicare rebates.

• Diverse case mix including resuscitation, retrieval, and procedures.

• Collaborate with a team of motivated FACEMs and CMOs committed to high-quality patient care and excellence in emergency medicine.

About you

• Registration or eligibility for AHPRA registration with Specialist registration in Emergency Medicine.
• FACEM qualification or Senior ACEM trainee with less than 6 months of training remaining, with potential to transition to FACEM role.
• Alternatively, FACRRM/FRACGP qualification with relevant experience/training in emergency medicine 
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for direct patient care and guiding patients through the ED journey.

The Requirements:
