Purpose of the Role

Join our team to enhance the employee journey at A&G. As an Employee Experience Specialist, you'll drive initiatives to enhance engagement, performance, and business outcomes. Reporting to the Employee Experience Manager, you'll be instrumental in designing and implementing programs aligned with our company culture and values.

Position Accountabilities

• Support the development of the Employee Experience strategy and framework through research and mapping out the key moments that matter across the employee lifecycle.
• Lead the development of strategic Employee Experience programs, such as the development of a holistic recognition framework and implementation of a recognition platform across A&G.
• Lead the end-to-end development and delivery of key employee lifecycle initiatives aligned to the moments that matter and strategic priorities, such as onboarding, return to work and transition to retirement programs.
• Administer the end-to-end annual engagement survey and continuous listening strategy including engagement metrics, reporting and coaching and providing insights aligned to business objectives and return on investment.
• Champion the diversity, inclusion and belonging agenda including the evaluation of inclusion metrics and reporting and supporting our Strategy and Roadmap.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and be a trusted advisor in order to bring to life the A&G Employee Experience in parallel with the business vision and strategy. Partner with teams across the business, providing consultative support to achieve maximum value and impact.

Knowledge and Experience:

• Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields
• Experience in organizational development and Employee Experience practices
• Ability to work autonomously and lead initiatives
• Proficiency in stakeholder management and communication
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Slack
