Role Location: Melbourne, Sydney or Brisbane
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time (40hrs/week) / Part-time (32hrs/week)
What will your day look like
As a Employee Journey Expert, People Transformation & Consulting, you will work in a consulting environment to support the delivery of people solutions that are aligned to ANZ’s purpose and strategic priorities.
Your day will be varied and could involve managing and manipulating large data sets, drafting reports and communication materials, preparing presentation packs, supporting your team in workshops plus lots more!
What will you bring?
To grow and be successful in the role, you will ideally bring the following:
- Experience supporting workforce transformation programs
- Previous experience working in a consulting organisation / consulting team (desirable)
- Being comfortable with ambiguity and being able to adapt in a constantly changing environment
- Ability to gather and analyse information, form insights and apply them when supporting the delivery of workforce transformation initiatives
- Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritise your work to meet multiple deadlines
- Advanced MS Excel, strong PowerPoint skills and written communication skills
