Standalone Employee Relations Role
$120K - $150K Plus Superannuation
About Our Client
Our client is an international retailer with a large footprint in Australia with a reach to the Asian and Europe markets as well. They are a very well-known brand name in the market, specialising in fashion and accessories for both men and women. They are looking for an enthusiastic, self-starting, and proactive candidate to fill this position. This will be a standalone role but you will also have support from the wider P&C team.
Job Description
Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, your main role and responsibilities will include but not limited to:
Undertake workplace investigations and advising business leaders on appropriate course of action on the matter.
Support the development, negotiation, and approval of Enterprise Agreements.
Formulate a fair and equitable process for managing internal ER matters.
Coach and develop managers & supervisors on their ER obligations to all levels of staff.
Be involved in transformational business projects, especially in the payroll space.
Continually review and look to improve business processes and staff productivity.
The Successful Applicant
We are looking for a candidate who is comfortable in a fast paced Employee Relations environment and someone who likes to be involved in transformational work in the payroll and policy space. To be successful, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, strong understanding of ER policies and procedure and can stay impartial when investigating all ER matters. This is permanent full-time role, is perfect for a candidate wanting to specialise and grow their career in Employment Relations.
