In our supportive team, you will leverage your people and influencing skills to build strong partnerships with employers and the local community to achieve employment opportunities that change our clients lives every day.The Position:atWork Australia are looking for an energetic, solution focussed and driven, Employer Engagement Consultant to join our team in Gosnells.Key Responsibilities:

• Engaging with the local community and connecting with new employers to create or secure employment opportunities
• Working closely with the Job Coaches and Managers to identify and support job ready clients
• Assisting with bespoke employer information sessions and events
• Advocating for our clients and negotiating employment conditions.

QualificationsAttributes and Experience:

• Excellent business development, customer service and communication skills
• Drive to meet business monthly targets
• Exceptional organisational and time management skills to manage competing priorities
• Sound computer literacy skills
• Ability to work in diverse environments – autonomously and collaboratively
• Current driver’s licence.
