About the opportunity:
Working across Melbourne North West, we are recruiting for an Employer Engagement Consultant to manage an existing employer base whilst also actively seeking to establish new contacts and networks, enabling jobseekers to secure ongoing meaningful employment.

By driving business growth and securing new opportunities, the Employer Engagement Consultant will will work with local sites and jobseekers to match skills to vacancies, facilitate recruitment processes, and build a network of employers that will secure placements and contribute to the overall growth objectives of the organisation.
The base salary available for this role is competitive, and the package includes a car allowance and provides lots of opportunities to earn excellent above-industry average bonuses to really reward performance.
To be successful you should:
- Have previous experience in Employment Services preferred, or sales or recruitment
- Be experienced in Account Management and able to facilitate smooth recruitment processes
- Be able to build rapport quickly and develop effective partnerships with a range of stakeholders, including large national employers
- The ability to collaborate across several local sites and align divisions to achieve successful outcomes
- Have proven success in achieving KPIs and targets
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail
- A current Drivers Licence and the ability to travel across Melbourne North West
- Ability to pass a Federal Police Check and obtain a Working with Children Check.
