Your role as an Employer Relationship Coordinator
- Promote jobseekers with a disability or mental health condition to local employers and secure employment.
- Educate local businesses and community service providers about available Disability Employment Services, NDIS supports and allied health services including Psychology Services, Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Training.
- Manage current employer accounts and develop new business through our quality CRM
A typical day or week may include:
- Enact program specific engagement plans and initiatives that builds strong pipelines of employment opportunities of our participants
- Engage with key stakeholders in the community to promote TPG services (Employment, Health, Community services and Training)
- Attend community engagement events such as forums, workshops, networking and careers expos
- Partner with local employers to understand the labour market and source appropriate vacancies
About You
• A professional who can build deep relationships with our key stakeholders
• Someone who is self-motivated, results driven, proactive and can achieve targets,
• You must have a positive and flexible attitude with a willingness to learn,
• Competent user of CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
• High level of attention to detail and excellent communication skills
A current and valid driver’s licence is essential for this role and if successful, you will need to undertake relevant security checks. (NDIS Worker Check, Police checks and Working with Childrens Check)
