Customer Service Manager

Your responsibilities will include:

·         Plan, administer and reviews Customer Services and after-sales services, and maintain sound customer relations

·         Manage Customer Service staff by creating staff schedules, managing workflow, handling staffing and employee issues and enforcing departmental policy and procedures

·         Ensure that all Customer Service representatives have up-to-date information and equipment

·         Establish procedures to monitor successful procedures and programs, including planning and implementing after-sales services to follow up on client satisfaction

·         Lead and motivate staff in handling change, building trust, and partnerships to encourage and build a team environment

·         Accurately perform registration process for all new and existing clients

·         Liaising with other areas of management regarding direction and feedback for team members, and to response to customer expectations

·         Oversee and follow through on customer feedback including complaints handling

·         Ensure service levels are being met.

·         Be the voice of the customer in the organization.

Successful candidates will:

• Have an AQF Diploma qualification or higher in a relevant area and at least 2 years of relevant work experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
