About the Role
You will be working within the Operations Team to provide quality case management to the Jobseekers in the Darwin Daly region. Your contribution will ensure Ironbark continues to meet it's the Community Development Program (CDP) contractual obligations whilst also achieving the strategic and operational outcomes of the organisation.
We are looking for a suitable applicant who has:
- Experience in the community development program or other employment service provision and training programs
- Certificate III or above in Employment Services/Community Services an advantage
- Knowledge of the local labour market
- Ability to engage with community stakeholders and employers
- Strong administrative skills
- Highly motivated
- Ability to travel within the Darwin / Daly service region
