Work with the wider CDP team to support job seekers to achieve their goals in obtaining and retaining employment.
As a Post Placement Support Officer, you will provide specialised assistance to participants who have secured employment. You will work closely with the participant , employer, and Community Development Program site staff to identify and address barriers and skill gaps. Your goal will be to create effective supports and interventions that ensure the job seeker’s retention in employment.This role is based in Darwin, Northern Territory, with two weeks spent in community every month.
Desirable candidate will have....
- Written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport and sustain working relationships.
- Ability to work to KPI’s.
- Attention to detail.
- MS Office Suite and other software-based reporting programs
- Ability to obtain a NT Ochre Card and a Full, Manual Drivers Licence
- Ability to Salary Package up to $15,900PA with additional Meal and Entertainment options
- 6 weeks annual leave + 17.5% leave loading
