GTNT Group is looking for someone to join our Workforce Australia Division as an Employment Consultant based at our Alice Springs office. The Employment Consultant is focused on finding sustainable employment outcomes for participants within the Workforce Australia program, by actively identifying opportunities with local employers through business development, securing and supporting placements.

About the Role
As a Mobile Employment Consultant, you will provide one-on-one support to help your caseload of job seekers achieve sustainable and fulfilling employment.
You will be responsible for delivering high quality, individually tailored services and support, with the aim of placing people into sustainable employment with local employers. You will mentor your clients; provide coaching, guidance, motivation from job preparation to 26 week outcome. Our caseload sizes enable you to spend the time to understand your clients need and match them to the right employer.
With a fully maintained company vehicle, this role embraces a unique and hybrid working model where Employment Consultants will work both in the field and office visiting clients and jobseekers.
Company vehicle is provided for business and private use. All maintenance, insurance and fuel is covered by the $5,500 motor vehicle contribution, which is deducted from salary before tax.

- A background in jobactive, knowledge of ESS, relevant industry experience/ tertiary qualifications (highly advantageous)
- Demonstrated ability to communicate and build rapport with jobseekers and employers
- Strong communication skills and a demonstrated ability to work with a diverse range of people from different socio-economic backgrounds
- Be passionate about helping people and making a difference in the community
- Be highly organised and possess strong administration skills
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Office or similar software and experience using databases
- Have a current drivers licence
- Be results and target driven
- Be flexible and capable of managing competing demands in a fast-paced and changing environment
