Based at our Melville Office
BIZLINK is a Perth based not-for-profit Disability Employment Service. We assist people who live with a diagnosis, disability, and other barriers to employment. We have been dedicated to Employment Support Services since 1992. We are looking for suitable applicant to be based at our Melville office, whilst this will be your primary office there is the expectation that you will work out of other offices as required. We require people who share our values and want to be part of a supportive team that is committed to quality employment. Work-based training is provided.
Salary & Benefits:
Wage(dependent on previous relevant experience), plus 11% superannuation, 17.5% leave loading & salary sacrifice
Plus, vehicle, laptop and mobile phone, private use as per policy
Employment Coordinators work with job seekers to build work capacity and job readiness. Assist with all tasks related to client referral and registration. Undertake service promotion particularly to develop and maintain referral sources, for example, schools and community organisations; assist as required with job support and job search; work collaboratively with community organisations and maintain records of client contact.

• Current driver’s licence
Desirable:
• Experience working with people with disability
• Experience in training
• Relevant training and qualifications
• Knowledge of contemporary services for people with disabilities
• Experience in securing suitable jobs for people with disabilities in open employment
• Any lived or personal experience of disability/diversity
