Workpower are looking for an Employment Coordinator to join our Bentley team!
What a day in the life of an Employment Coordinator looks like:
- Work with Employment Support Coaches to ensure our NDIS customers goals are being met
- Continuously review customer NDIS goals, plans and support notes
- Ensure customer health support plans and alerts are up to date and available to Support Coaches
- Ensuring appropriate support is delivered to NDIS customers
- Provide guidance to Support Coaches on customer needs
