This is a full-time ongoing position based at our West Leederville Office commencing as soon as practicable.
The Role
This role is responsible for providing legal advice and guidance to internal stakeholders on a wide range of employment related matters.

- Salary range for this position is K1 to K4 on the CEO salary scale ($143, 218 - $156, 367 per annum) plus superannuation.

About you?
- Tertiary qualifications in Law.
- Minimum of 3 years post-admission experience as an Employment Lawyer, preferably with in-house experience.
- Demonstrated experience in providing strategic legal advice on contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
- Ability to collaborate with and provide practical employment law advice to senior stakeholders.
- High-level communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
- Experience in advising on and managing workplace investigations, complaints, and employee claims.
- Knowledge of relevant employment legislation and the ability to interpret and apply it effectively.
- Experience working in the education sector or a similar not-for-profit organization is highly desirable.
- Familiarity with the specific legislative and regulatory framework governing Catholic education in Western Australia is highly desirable.
