What will your typical day look like?

  • Work with the team to develop and manage narratives, voice and messaging across all channels in a manner that is aligned to Deloitte's strategy.
  • Help deliver strategic communications and engagement, including change communications to support major transformation programs.
  • Create engaging, creative content for key channels to bring our business strategies to life and engage our people.
  • Work alongside the team on people strategy, employee brand, diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), quality and risk and our Deloitte Experience communications.

About the Team

The Communications, Media and Corporate Affairs team uses storytelling and creative communications to elevate the Deloitte brand with holistic and consistent communications across all internal and external channels. Our focus is to enhance our Brand and Partner & Employee Value Propositions against the critical brand domains of Innovation, Digital & Tech, Purpose and Client Experience (trust).

Creativity is a part of your DNA and you don't shy away from hard work. You'll also be:

  • Studying a degree in Communications, Media or Marketing Communications
  • An excellent communicator - you can express your ideas both in person and on paper
  • A creative thinker - you prefer to think outside the box, and can put ideas into action
  • Detail oriented, well organised, with good understanding of all forms of media
  • Team player - you thrive in collaborative environments but can work individually when needed
  • Completing your studies in 2024 or recently graduated
  • Australian PR holder or Australia/New Zealand citizen
