THE ROLE:
The Information Technology Services (ITS) Division is at the helm of delivering Austrade's Information and Communications Technology (ICT) services to its global staff. A pivotal segment within this division, the End User Services team, spearheads the design, implementation, and seamless support of all hardware, software, and applications utilized by Austrade employees within a cutting-edge desktop environment.
As End User ServicesTechnical Specialist, you will be an experienced desktop engineer with 5+ years’ proven experience, excellent customer service, interpersonal, communication and team collaboration skills.
