AddressJoin our client's team as an Endocrinologist on a Full Time basis. We are seeking candidates who hold registration with the Medical Board of Australia as a Specialist Endocrinologist or are General Physicians with substantial experience and interest in endocrinology.
About the Hospital:
This is a prominent clinical teaching and research center, collaborating closely with the University of Tasmania and other esteemed institutions. Serving a population of approximately 240,000 people, the hospital boasts 550 physical beds, including 460 acute overnight and 90-day beds. With an annual patient count of 70,000, the Emergency Department is well-equipped to handle diverse cases, with about 25% of the workload comprising pediatric cases. Additionally, the hospital operates a 20-bed Emergency Medical Unit.

Requirements:
To be considered for this position, candidates must meet one of the following criteria:
- Registered with AHPRA with at least 12 months of recent experience in Endocrinology
- Enrolled in the RACP training program
- Hold the FRACP qualification
- IMGs eligible for the Competent Authority Pathway from the UK, Ireland, Canada, USA, or NZ
- IMGs with an upcoming RACP interview date
- IMGs assessed by RACP and deemed to be substantially comparable.
