You will play an integral part in a team of highly skilled specialists that ‘bring ideas to life’ to deliver wastewater treatment plant solutions.We know the work we do is vital in assisting our world’s economic development and, it’s the technical expertise and the depth of knowledge of our people that really sets us apart. Here are the key things you will do to ‘bring ideas to life’.

  • Technical lead and assurance of feasibility studies, business cases and reference designs related to treatment plant projects in multi-discipline design teams
  • Working collaboratively to develop solutions consistent with the client’s objectives across their treatment plant portfolio.
  • Developing and mentoring emerging professionals within the team; and
  • Supporting our client across other aspects of their business as required for the successful delivery of the partnership objectives.
We know today’s complex challenges can only be solved through bringing together diverse teams of people from across our business, so there will be opportunities for you to apply your skills and creativity to projects in other geographies and markets.What can you bring to the team?Firstly, you will share our genuine passion for re-imagining engineering and be someone that actively pursues continuous learning to help shape the future. You will possess a tertiary qualification in Chemical Engineering, be a Chartered Professional Engineer with either RPEQ status or able to register with the board, significant experience supporting large-scale wastewater treatment projects plus a working knowledge of contemporary software tools and associated systems.Previous technical leadership experience will be essential, as will a background in all or some of the following technical areas;
  • Municipal wastewater first principles process design
  • Safe Design tools
  • Good familiarity with current industry innovations in wastewater treatment such as:
  • Advanced water treatment processes
  • Purified Recycled Water and biological wastewater treatment processes
  • Integrated Water Management
  • Be knowledgeable about relevant Qld regulations associated with the water industry
  • Working in multi-discipline teams to develop sustainable and constructable solutions
  • Organise information into clear reports to present information
