Due to continual growth, we are currently seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to join our busy Clinical Care team at Carrington. NovaCare is looking for a permanent full-time or part-time Endorsed Enrolled Nurse to deliver high quality, responsive and individualised care. As an Endorsed Enrolled Nurse, you will implement care in accordance with individual consumers and deliver high standards of professional care. Working under the direction and supervision of our RN Team Leader and our Registered Nurses. You will provide clinical support to our consumers.

- Providing consistently high-quality services that are customer focused, fulfil requirements and exceed expectations to ensure that NovaCare consumers are satisfied and retain NovaCare as their service provider of choice.
- Developing and maintaining good relationships with relevant staff to ensure optimum outcomes for consumers and you have to be funny!
- Identify opportunities for innovation and take personal responsibility for continuous improvement and quality of own work.
- Maintain own professional development in line with the requirements of the role in accordance with current standards.
- Ensure compliance and fulfilling the requirements of Aged Care Quality Standards.
About You ...
- A passion for exceptional customer service and motivated to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction scores through consistently meeting and exceeding expectations.
- An ability to build rapport, establish relationships and adapt communication style to suit different audiences.
- The ability to balance conflicting priorities in order to manage workflow, ensure the completion of essential projects, and meet critical deadlines.
- Experience ensuring all reporting and administrative matters, billing record and requirements are met to meet team, organisational, operational and funding requirements.
- Confidence and proficiency with a range of computer programs and applications
- Willingness to be responsive and flexible, demonstrated recognition of the demands of a customer driven service delivery model that empowers choice.
- Knowledge of and/or experienced in the aged care industry.
- Current NSW driver’s license and willingness to drive for work purposes.
- Own reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- A current Influenza and COVID-19 Vaccinations
What you need to succeed …
- A Registered enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA Registration
- Have a minimum of 2 years post-basic nursing experience.
- The ability to contribute to and inspire a team in the delivery of person-centered care.
- Compassion and a genuine interest in caring for the elderly, supporting their dignity, choices and independence.
- Have experience in a clinical role.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
- Demonstrated time management & organisational skills with the ability to meet objectives/timelines.
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to respond effectively in emergency situation.
