About your roleWe are looking for an
Endorsed Enrolled Nurse with current AHPRA registration. You have the ability to have an extremely positive impact in another person’s life. We promote a positive attitude to caring for our residents and offer the highest standard of care, while recognising the rights and dignity of our residents to achieve their best possible outcome. This role is a part time role which requires you to do
Night Shifts.
What You Will Do:- Work collaboratively with staff, lifestyle & planning team to understand residents living with best-practice support and care
- Co-ordinate professional care practices according to individual care plans and documented policies and procedures
- Safe administration of medication
- Maintaining clinical documentation
- Adhere to national standards and legal requirements
What You Will Bring:- Passion and experience working with elderly.
- A minimum of 12 months nursing within an Aged Care environment in Australia
- A genuine interest in care for the elderly with a desire to improve the lives of our residents
- Excellent communication skills to engage with our residents as well as lead and supervise our team
- Knowledge of computerised nursing care plans
- Current AHPRA Registration as an EEN/EN
- Knowledge and understanding of ACFI documentation
- You would also need to have a current NDIS check clearance , proof of Rights to Work, and a current immunisation certificate (including influenza and vaccination against COVID-19, including booster).
