The Role
We are in search of an enthusiastic and motivated Practice Nurse to join our large team.
Work closely with our practitioners in delivering exceptional health care to our local community.
Building therapeutic relationships with our patients and assisting them in identifying and meeting their personal health goals is of utmost importance.
This role would be suited to someone with exceptional communication skills and a passion for patient centered care.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- General Treatment room duties
- Chronic Disease Management
- Immunisations - childhood, travel vaccinations
- Assisting Procedures- Iron Infusions, IUD insertions etc.
- Cold Chain/Infection Control Management
Experience and knowledge about all aspects of nursing in general practice is essential. Must be willing to put these skills to the test in an interview.
Hours are up to 30 hours across the working week, with an opportunity for career development. Salary to be negotiated with successful applicant.
