This practice group has substantial experience in all aspects of major Energy and Resources projects in Australia, Papua New Guinea, Asia and internationally, including the preparation and negotiation of complex exploration, production, operating/management, infrastructure, commodity sale and marketing arrangements, joint ventures, acquisitions and divestments, project development and financing and tax.
This practice was recognised in Chambers Asia Pacific Guide 2019.
Your New Role
Due to an influx of work, a new role has been created to join the Energy & Resources team. Your new role will have you exposed to transactions and projects across mining, electricity, oil & gas, with particular focus on PNG (gold, copper & gas). Working alongside experienced and well regarded Partners and senior practitioners, you can expect quality mentoring at a place that truly invests to support their people.

Your Skills Profile

• Up to 2 years PAE (recently completing graduate program is welcomed);
• Strong communication, technical and organisation skills;
• Keen interest in specialising; and
